Having the latest software version is critical to staying secure. By Tuesday, Jan. 16, all Corewell Health team members who access BHApps for Epic and other Corewell Health apps on personal devices (laptops, tablets, and mobile devices) must update Citrix Workspace to the minimum required version to ensure access to BHApps when Citrix enhancements occur on Wednesday, Jan. 17.
Citrix Workspace is the system used to remotely access applications hosted on BHApps.
Corewell Health team members (including Community Connect and Ambulatory) who access applications through BHApps on non-Corewell Health managed devices
Complete the steps below on your personal device(s) by Tuesday, Jan. 16.

It is the team member's responsibility to keep the Citrix Workspace version installed on personal devices up to date.
Community Connect and Ambulatory offices may need to contact their IT department to determine their options for updating.
Team members who do not have the minimum required version of Citrix Workspace by Jan. 16 will be unable to access applications through BHApps due to a Citrix update happening on Jan. 17. Team members may also experience delays in receiving support from the Service Desk support after Jan. 17 due to this update.
